Thank you so much for trusting me with your CPR and First Aid skills!
I am an American Heart Association–certified instructor with a diverse background in caregiving, emergency medical services, and behavioral health. My experience includes working as both an interfacility transport EMT and a 911 EMT, where I’ve seen firsthand how critical early intervention and high-quality CPR can be in life-threatening emergencies. I am also a certified BLS and Heartsaver CPR and First Aid provider, and I bring real-world experience into every class I teach.
In addition to emergency care, my work in behavioral health as a Registered Behavior Technician has shaped my teaching approach. I understand that emergencies can be overwhelming, and I focus on creating a supportive, hands-on learning environment where students feel comfortable, confident, and prepared to act. Since 2019, I have been actively involved in mental health advocacy, and since 2015 I have served on the executive board of a Parkinson’s disease nonprofit, further strengthening my commitment to education, accessibility, and community care.
I believe that lifesaving skills should not be a luxury. The cost of CPR and First Aid training often makes these courses inaccessible to large portions of the community, which contributes to preventable deaths from cardiac arrest and uncontrolled trauma. My mission is to remove those barriers by offering high-quality, affordable training that empowers everyday people to respond in emergencies.
My services are designed for a wide range of individuals and organizations, including parents and caregivers, teachers and school staff, childcare providers, healthcare and behavioral health professionals, fitness instructors, small businesses, community groups, and anyone who wants to be prepared to help in an emergency. Whether you need certification for work, peace of mind at home, or training for your team, classes are tailored to meet your needs.
My goal is to make CPR and First Aid education accessible while helping create safer communities where more people are ready and willing to act when it matters most. If you’re looking for practical, compassionate, and real-world training, I’d be honored to work with you.
